The Red Lion is a quintessential English country pub with a welcoming, friendly atmosphere, original features, crackling fires, a cosy bar, attractive dining areas, pool/darts room, snug, a super beer garden, eight en-suite bedrooms & a friendly greeting for all. Dogs and children are very welcome. Our fresh food kitchen brigade led by Head Chef Pete will prepare delicious, seasonal food for you to enjoy with lots of local produce championed and a great set of daily specials to entice you.

Manager Charlee and our front of house team look forward to making you feel at home offering a good range of wines, lagers and real ales including Wye Valley’s Butty Bach and HPA. We have a sunny patio and garden overlooking fields – perfect for a sunny day plus a covered outdoor seating area in the Stables.
